*Liberia’s fee for each child is $9,200. The placement fees include travel with an escort, foster care, visa and all related expenses. Travel by adoptive parent may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval of PLAN. If travel is approved, additional expense needs to be budgeted for items such as a Liberian visa, vaccinations, and round trip airfare and lodging for child and adult. If travel is permitted by adoptive parent, the International Director will approve the date of travel and $1500.00 will be reimbursed to the adoptive family. All remaining child expenses will continue to be included in the country fee. |
