PLAN has reduced its fee for this program to enable as many families as possible to adopt. Oregon families: PLAN fees also include homestudy & post-placement services. Non-Oregon families: homestudy and post-placement services must be obtained from an agency in the home state, which explains the following cost difference.

night, and most families request/ prefer
