Goodbye!
As of 12/31/2009, PLAN will cease providing adoptions services. All domestic cases in process have been transferred to Christian Family Adoptions (CFA), www.christianfamilyadoptions.org. All adoption records, both domestic and international, have also been transferred to CFA.
The Loving Options, African-American Infant, and State foster care programs are active at CFA. If you are interested in any of those programs, please contact Christian Family Adoptions at (503) 232-1211. You may also email laura@christianfamilyadoptions.org about the Loving Options program, or bethe@christianfamilyadoptions.org for the other two programs.
To our adoptive families, we have enjoyed the privilege of working with/for you on your adoption journey. Thank you for allowing PLAN to be part of a very special time in your life. We will treasure those memories forever.
